Negotiation, senior real estate, risk and property-management expertise
Real estate decisions often start long before a home goes on the market.
You may be deciding whether to sell, evaluating an investor offer, managing a parent’s Arizona property from another state, or wondering whether improvements will actually help your bottom line.
My role is not to talk you into a transaction. It is to help you understand your options, the tradeoffs involved, and the financial consequences so you can move forward with clarity.
Experience from almost every side of the table
I have spent more than two decades in Arizona real estate as an agent, Designated Broker, brokerage owner, advisor, investor and property manager.
I helped build and later sell an independent brokerage that grew to approximately $1 billion in annual sales, and as a broker I supervised thousands of transactions. That experience gave me a broad view of pricing, negotiation, contracts, risk and the details that can affect a seller’s equity and outcome.
How I approach real estate
What are you trying to accomplish? What could put you at a disadvantage? And how do we protect your options and your equity along the way?
Those are the questions I want answered before we get too far into the transaction.
My professional training includes advanced negotiation, senior real estate specialization, risk management and property management, with credentials including MCNE, SRES, GRI, CRMS and CRPM.
Service, not scale
I intentionally work with a limited number of personal clients so I can stay closely involved in the strategy, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
Sometimes the right answer is to sell. Sometimes it is to wait, prepare differently, or walk away from an offer that does not serve you.
Whether you are ready to sell or still weighing your options, my job is to help you make the next move with clarity and a strategy that protects your interests. If the decision isn’t clear yet, uncertainty is a perfectly good reason to start the conversation.
